Hotel needs update. Poor ac system and place smell on cigarettes and poor cleaning of the room.

Our room had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Parking super convenient. A little tricky to drive to the hotel with one way streets, but once there we walked everywhere. Nice location for touring around the old town. Definitely recommend to friends.

Great hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. Although no lifts to higher floors so may be a challenge for elderly travellers or people with young kids

침실이 아주 편안했고 특히식사장소와 별개로 거실과 회의용 탁자가 있는 것이 좋았다. 주차도 가능했으며 관광지역은 도보로 이용가능 한 점이 좋았어요. 호스트의 응대도 빠르고 좋았어요.

Overall the hotel was very good, staff were excellent, and we made use of the swimming pool and the spa facility every day. Location was not far from Old City. Breakfast and the Fusion food was very good. Moreover we enjoyed our view of the city from our hotel room.

Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept.

Could be maintained a bit more. Furniture is old or worn. I had to make my bed at arrival. Shelves were not very clean. Kitchen a bit empty at check in (no coffee or tea or anything else). Not bad, but could have been really better.

Apart from the staff being insanely helpful and going above and beyond for us non stop, the hotel itself wasn’t kept in the best condition. We couldn’t shower because the shower head wouldn’t clamp on properly, the toilet paper wasn’t put in the holder and it was locked, the fridge had energy drinks left in there from a previous stay, the TV wouldn’t turn on until we asked for help. There were definitely a lot of things that left us disappointed for the price we paid. However, the location was amazing! The staff were 10/10 some of the best staff we’ve ever experienced. It was the condition of the room that left us unfortunately feeling like we didn’t get our money’s worth for the night.
