(489 reviews) The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.
