I had a great stay with my parents. Admittedly, the room wasnt quite what I expected, but I think it's because in the photos offered when selecting a room, I saw a ton of photos and wasn't sure which pertained to the room I reserved. That said the room was nice. We came after staff had left and they still made it super easy to check in and access the room. The location is PERFECT. We wound up with a leaky sink and had to leave a bucket under it as the forst attempt at fixing didn't quite work. And despite that, I did really appreciate how helpful staff was in working around our schedule to access the room. I would stay here again.

Excellent location and really a royal palace looking hotel.. must take the breakfast package as it’s outstanding and quality is top notch. They also packed breakfast for us on our departure date as it was before 7am.. rooms are big and very classy.. Budapest was our last city of our tour and what a way to end it with this amazing hotel and their staff !!! Coming back for sure

We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good too, though the service was a bit slow, especially when you have children with you. Would definitely come back again though!

We had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night! We got the Junior Suite with free access to the spa, but the reception staff told us we had to pay for it. She was not well informed. It was not until another staff member told us the next day that we did have free access to the spa. The hotel compensated us for the false fire alarm by telling us at check-out that no charges would be taken for the items in the bar. There was no point, as we didn't take anything and we were only told at check-out. They could have told us before check-out if they really intended to compensate us.

We ate breakfast there every morning by choice! There is plenty of breakfast options in Budapest, but this hotel was amazing!. The food and the staff were awesome and we would definitely be back.

Decent place, centrally located, cozy place size wise, shower head needs replacing as it sprayed water everywhere from the hose. Could supply a few more coffee pods rather than the 1 per night stayed.
Staff checked in daily and offered to clean daily, I wasn’t there much so it wasn’t required. Very safe area, near easily used metro and bus system
