We had a quick stay at this hotel we really there for less than 12 hours. But it was convenient and it was the cheapest one in the area for where we needed to be. The room had a mild slight odor and maybe that's because it's old or maybe they are covering up something. I don't know but it wasn't too bad for what we needed

Hotel room was good. Halls walking to the room had a strong scent of marijuana. Everything else was fine. Room was clean and did not smell. Room was convenient. Beds were comfortable, yet small… wish they were at least queen size… Bedding needed thicker blankets or comforters. We were out of shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall. TV was flatscreen, but tiny for the room. Out of all the hotels in the area, this one was only $10 more per night than Motel 6 and worth the upgrade in price. Though we did not eat at the restaurants, there were options, and a nice bar with a band playing if we chose to attend. Need reservations in advance, but Sushi Tanaka in Simi was amazing!!!!

The hot tub was not working. Big disappointment. But this hotel is still the one I prefer to stay at. Nice view of the valley too, if you get a room in the front.

We did not like having to pay a deposit. It did not hurt us but that is not given in the details of the cost of the hotel. Also the $16 a night for parking is ridiculous. REALLY? Are we supposed to park at the Del Taco around the corner and walk a few miles to the hotel? Rent an Uber and park at Walmart?

The hotel was near my family's residence, that was convenient. Parking Fee of $16 dollars was not cool and it was unnecessary. The bathroom could be remodeled to be more functional. The shampoo dispenser was empty, luckily, I came prepared.

I was never told I was gonna pay for parking at the hotel. The refrigerator was pretty much a freezer and froze all my breakfast food for the next morning. The beds were old and uncomfortable. You can tell where people slept because it was sunk in. And there was filthy dirty cabinets in the bathroom with something running down it and the little foil cap on a brand new toothpaste was on the counter left from the last tenant. I should never have booked to stay in this hotel. I should’ve stayed in my minivan where I slept the night before. I told the front desk all these problems and they did nothing to make things better.

The staff was fabulous! The bar was fun and accommodated a large group I was with. The rooms themselves were a little dated and need a refresh, but were clean and quiet. The pool area was large and nice.

The location is really great, close to attrations. The building inside desperately needed renovation. The bed needs another layer of bedsheet. There was no bedsheet under the comforter, so we slept with exposed comforter.. who knows how often they washed the comforter. That's a health violation... ugh.. should've stayed at Courtyard across the street.

The hotel is out dates for the price. It was like stepping back into the 1960’s. They also held a $500.00 deposit for incidentals.

Front desk staff needs a lot to be desired Not friendly as I came in at 1:30 and immediately told there was a $20 early check in quite rudely When I asked to checkout and pay our bill at 8:00 AM I was asked if I was completely out of the room which I said my luggage was still there I was rudely told I have to get all my stuff out before they could check me out Customer service is totally amateurist and needs retraining

Did not appreciate being charged for parking overnight it is unfair to charge parking when it should be applied to the hotel stay. Plus I was charged for continental breakfast which should be included in the stay in addition I had to pay for my eggs and my bacon and my potatoes which were not included in the price of continental breakfast.
