It was my first stay in many years and it definitely didnt disappoint. I received all privileges as an Expedia Gold member. The location has always been super convenient and now you have the addition of the MRT as an alternative to get around. The property still looks great after all these years. Giri at the front desk was extremely helpful. Great value for money stay.

A great central hotel in Jakarta, with exceptional staff and service, some, if not the best I have had anywhere. Jonathan on the front desk and Zara in housekeeping were most noticeable in their great attitude and helpfulness, little things like that make a big difference and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
