Great location to visit UNC Chapel Hill- easy walk to the campus and Franklin street, where the restaurants are. Room was clean and comfortable.

Perfect location. Beautiful, old world charm. Could be a little more tidy and clean. After checking in, empty coke bottle from last occupants between the bed and chair next to the window. By no means unkept.

The Carolina Inn is a very attractive hotel--beautiful architecture and lovely interior design. From the bellman to the servers in the restaurant--all staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable--the mattresses, pillows and sheets and bedding were superior.
