Qualifying bookings

This voucher code discount applies only to pre-pay e-package bookings for flight + hotel made online at www.expedia.co.uk (subject to the restrictions set out in the terms and conditions below). 

Voucher code value: 

£150

Minimum Spend: 

£2000 (minimum spend includes the price of the travel reservation, but excludes any taxes, fees or additional costs). 

Redemption Period: 

12.01am [GMT], 21/05/2018 to 11:59pm [GMT], 21/08/2018

Travel Period: 

The travel dates must be between 21/05/2018 and 16/01/2019 (inclusive). 


Minimum Stay: 

1 night

How to use your voucher code

  • During the booking process, on the payment page you will see the link ”Enter a voucher code” where the voucher code needs to be entered;
  • Enter the voucher code in the relevant field, then click the “Apply Voucher” link. If your booking is eligible, the applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs.

B - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions and compliance with the Key Points above, the voucher code may be applied to a pre-pay package booking for a flight + hotel available via Expedia.co.uk and booked through Expedia. The voucher code cannot be redeemed against: (i) flight + hotel + car, (ii) packages offered by third parties via Expedia.co.uk and packages where you are not free to select individual component parts), (iii) stand-alone car, (iv) stand-alone flight, (v) stand-alone hotel, or (vi) cottage bookings. The voucher code can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
  2. The voucher code cannot be redeemed against hotel stays for:

  3. Provided that you spend a minimum of £2000 (the price of the travel reservation excluding any taxes, fees or additional costs) in one booking, the voucher code entitles you to £150 off the price of the relevant travel reservation before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs
  4. The voucher code cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  5. Usual booking terms and conditions apply (see http://www.expedia.co.uk/p/support/general-booking-conditions) and all bookings are subject to availability.
  6. The voucher code may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers.
  7. The voucher code cannot be used for any booking already made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The voucher code has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and, therefore, no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the voucher code discount. The voucher code may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
  8. The voucher code may only be used by legal residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
  9. The voucher code may not be used by employees of Expedia group companies or any other person professionally connected with this promotion, including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate programme partners.
  10. Improper use of the voucher code by you, including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the voucher code, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
  11. Expedia reserves the right to alter the voucher code conditions of use or to withdraw the voucher code at any time. Expedia’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
  12. Expedia is the promoter of this offer.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
