Absolutely horrible for the price you’re paying. Pool and hot tub is most beautiful part of the property but was dirty. Rooms aren’t worth a fraction of the cost. Visible mold in bathrooms. Broken dishwasher. Grimy carpet and tile. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated for how much we paid per night. Paid the same up in lake Louise for a muchhhhhhh nicer place. Will never recommend or stay again. Feel completely ripped off

The staff and property location were great. The shuttle service into town is a must and we didn't take advantage of it enough. The unit its self was small. We booked a 1 bedroom with kitchen there was next to zero closet space and we needed to keep our suitcases in the "living area". Not exactly ideal for habitual over packers. It was incredibly hot the first night and we didn't have a fan that worked (none of the units have ac), however what I didn't realize was ok was sleeping with a window open. There is zero chance an Elk or bear will climb in it.
