From here, as well as from the north of the two bedrooms, beautiful sea panoramas and access to the harbor balcony open. The generous offer, with almost 100 m², ample space for the open kitchen, two bedrooms with 160 double beds, sanitary area with shower, storage room for suitcases and Co. and can - in case of cases - for two other guests (140s wall folding bed) in Bedding in the living area. Whether for the short break with harbor flair on weekends, as a starting point for long bike rides in the Leipzig Neuseenland, home port for water sports or relaxed retreat for business travelers - Z1-DAS HAUS welcomes you! With its individual architecture, the house is the face of the harbor on the southern shore of Lake Zwenkau. The architectural individuality continues in the design of the apartments - from the playful to the intimate to the generous. All apartments have, thanks to generous glazing, a fantastic view of the Zwenkauer See and the harbor. With the exception of the apartment 05, the sea-side balconies invite you to unwind or to heat up the electric grill.
