The front desk was excellent. Restaurant service was poor, there were two employees working on the morning that we were there. The younger one with short, black hair does not belong in customer service. She would not look you in the eye. Our friend who joined us later randomly commented about this as well. It was difficult to get her attention for a coffee. We would have happily helped ourselves if that was an option. Our room did not have a refrigerator as it should have and was advertised. We arrived back late from the Lindt Chocolate factory tour ready to place our purchases in the fridge only to find that the allocated space was empty. We reported this the following morning and was told that they are removed and only provided upon check in. Apparently one was ordered to be delivered and that did not happen. I commented on this very strange process and was told that they cannot afford to have 80 fridges running, if not required, given the cost of living, so they literally wheel them away after every stay. I have great difficulty accepting this explanation. I am unsure about the state of my chocolates but can only hope that they are intact as I continue on the rest of my travels. This concern was raised at the front desk and I was disappointed that a discount was not offered as the service that I paid for was not provided. It should be noted that this was the fourth place that I stayed at in Switzerland and did not experience this issue anywhere else.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had on getting around Zurich. The best part was having fresh bedding and towels daily, that felt clean and disinfected. It made it easier to sleep at night after a long day of touring the beautiful city as well as day trips to the surrounding counties.

There is a tram stop right in front of the property. It is very convenient for getting around. There is a great restaurant called Mould across the street. The front desk was very helpful & we we’re grateful they spoke English.

Nothing as described, booked 3 adults room and received a regular double bed where was added a foldable bed at the feet of tge other teo people. It looked liked tgree people are sleeping in the same bed with no mord room to move around. If tge hotel has no capability to accomodars 3 adults it should not be added on any booking platform. I had to book a separate room to make my family confortable.

Clean spacious room. Large comfortable bed (but pillow too soft for me). Hotel located just 10 mins on 14 tram from city centre. Close enough to quickly get to city and train & bus/coach transport but far enough to miss the noise of the city centre. Very helpful staff. especially lady on reception who solved my problem with boarding pass e-mail.

The hotel staff are absolutely incredible one couldn’t ask for better treatment. The restaurant is great food and service is wonderful as well. Our room was a bit small but we were able to make do. Sorry to say but the AC is not adequate. But this is my only negative comment about this hotel.

Professional staff and public transport are easily accessible! Tram station is situated right outside the hotel and it takes about 5 mins to get to the main station and 10 mins to city centre. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good too

Excellent location. Only a fifteen- minute walk to downtown or a short tram ride to HB. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious. Great experience.

Nice hotel. The beds aren’t comfortable, Thin mattress on wood. One night was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for any longer. The restaurant downstairs was nice. Very convenient. We sat outside in the afternoon for a drink and cheese platter. Service was good. Train line right at hotel, we used Uber to get around.

We loved the atmosphere and decor of the lobby area, outdoor seating, bar, and restaurant area. However, the actual room we stayed in was a bit disappointing. Small room with view of connection to town houses and garbage alley way. Unfortunately there was also dead tiny bugs all over the top of the windows and window sill in the bathroom. The actual beds were okay, in that putting together 2 twin size beds to make one large bed. It did make it comfortable for my husband and I to lay next to each other but the mattresses were definitely too firm for us. Overall it was ok, they front desk staff were very nice!

Functional and friendly hotel with on-site parking
A functional, well-furnished business hotel with convenient on-site parking (at CHF 20 per day). The hotel restaurant proved surprisingly decent, specialising in tartar of multiple varieties. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating. The centralised air-conditioning was on the weak side so we were lucky to have stayed there on a cool summer day.
