We are excited to introduce our newly renovated 2BR apartment in the heart of Zurich city. Good access to public transportation with close proximity to the tram / train stations and direct connection to the Airport and the main train station (Zurich HB). Guests can expect a comfortable and cozy home away from home stay with a spacious & stylish layout. Neighborhood is charming, with trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, gym all within close walking distance. The Space: The apartment is ideal for up to 5 persons. Tastefully furnished and comfortable for solo, business traveler, and family. Kitchen is fully equipped with V-Zug kitchen appliances, with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking utensils and wine glasses. Apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher and an exclusive washing machine in the apartment (a rare find in central Zurich where most buildings only have common laundry facilities in the basement). Apartment is equipped with 5G WIFI, a smart TV, travel adaptor, portable bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board as well as a fan in each bedroom (in summer) to make your stay a comfortable one. Nearby outdoor parking space is available for rent at CHF25/day (subject to availability). Baby cot, sofa bed and airport transfer can be arranged by Host upon request (additional charges apply). Please note: Apartment is on the second floor (1OG) with NO elevator. Guest Access: Entire space The Neighborhood: Coolest area in Zurich! You will live very close to the city and find trendy bars and good restaurants of different cuisines as well as museums and nightlife all very close by. Supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are all within close walking distance. Getting Around: The apartment is well connected to the public transport system and walking distance away from both the train and tram stations. Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most exclusive shopping street, is just 4 tram stops away. Other Things to Note: The apartment is on the 2nd floor (1OG) with NO elevator. Spacious desks and high speed 5G fibre internet ensures a comfortable “work from home” setup. Please note that the apartment is located in a prime location in a trendy area and some noise can be expected. So if you are looking for a very quiet environment, this unit may not be your choice. Sofa bed is for the fifth guests only. If separate sleeping arrangement is required for less than 5 guests, sofa bed can be prepared for an extra charge. If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages until 17:00 so that you can explore the city handsfree. Please understand that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guest who requires it. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost on to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not rent it). Please do contact us if you require storage so we can check the availability.
