"Property is a 10 min. walk from the train station quite near the enchanting medieval part of town with its shops eateries, pubs, canal, and the lake. Also, a boulangerie and grocery are nearby. Staff are well informed, welcoming, and speak French and English, at least. The building is 170 years old and thoroughly modern inside. Room had kitchenette, table/chairs, TV, secure WiFi, full bath, and comfortable bed with luxurious pillows. Very clean. It was a wonderful stay at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again."

"The Chateau and the property's grounds are beautiful. The location and views were gorgeous and relaxing. One challenge was our laye arrival. We received a message through the Expedia platform about how to enter the establishment after 10 pm. Unfortunately, we were driving and didn't see the alert email come in. Expedia has our cellphone in our account, but they opted not to message us as I didn't have that setup as a default notification tool. Nonetheless, Expedia should do better because it is clear from our itinerary that we have been traveling across Switzerland over the course of week. That is where Expedia falls short. They don't take care of valued customers that spends thousands of dollars with them.and more. As for hotel, the pool is open from April through the end of October depending on weather. The hotel can get taxi service but it does not have 24 hr service. So the listing has some inaccuracies. The staff believe the listing mentions about late check-ins and the procedure, but if that is the case, it is difficult to fine. Expedia needs to do better on the listing information. As for the hotel, the historic chapel and the frescoes are unbelievably moving. The billard room and"

"The hotel is far from the city center, and perhaps in a little bit more challenging area as there were security gates that protected the property. The rooms were small with little space for luggage, etc., but the property was very quaint with it separate sitting areas and game room. The breakfast was probably one of the better ones we had on our whole trip…. More variety and options for beverages, pastries, and savory dishes. This property is a good value for the price!"

"We booked this hotel for an overnight stay and quick visit to the Lake. Overall the hotel was okay but our first impression was a little discouraging, as it was located a little farther away than anticipated, perhaps that's our mistake. Don't be fooled by the local area and initial look of the hotel. The spa facilities were closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the decoration was a little odd in places, though nothing to be concerned about. When we arrived a nice lady checked us in but was on her own, so we had to wait for a while whilst she single-handedly managed the property. Perfect for a overnight stay but perhaps not for a long stay."

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."
