"Hotel is in a sublime location, friendly staff, spacious rooms and great service. Only improvement needed is more USB /charging ports near the night table. We also hired a great (English speaking) driver who works for the hotel as our tour guide when we went on excursions. Ask the hotel for William Jimenez Vargas for your transfers from and to the airport and also to day excursions. Will stay there again."

"Location is great. Step out of the hotel and you are in the midst of a very happening place - several great restaurants; shopping; walk around; lots of security officers regularly patrol this neighborhood. Cabs are easily available and the hotel also provides reliable and clean private transportation. This hotel property is an old building in the middle of the town and is beautifully maintained. It is clean; staff is excellent; guest services managers Catalina and Maria are super helpful. We had an excellent experience while staying at this hotel during our visit to Bogota. I highly recommend!"
