I recently stayed at the panama jack with my family of 10. The experience was amazing the hotel is very clean and the food is moderate. The Mexican restaurant was my least favorite ironic right. However the Mexican food at the buffet was always excellent. The hotel is extremely clean the staff does a great job keeping it up. Some cons were you are not allowed to order any alcoholic beverages until noon which I will be OK with but come on I’m on vacation. The pool sitting area is quite uncomfortable there are no shade areas anywhere by the pool and when you’re out there with children who want to be in the water it can get very uncomfortable. If I had to ask for them to improve services more shade or even beds in the pool area would help. Also the beach & pool area are understaffed. if you want good service you have to rent a cabana from the beach that is the only way you can get food when you’re at the beach. On the pool area he can take you over an hour to be serviced. The elevators are severely damaged. Only two out of five were working and even though sometimes will be out of service for a few hours during the day.
