Kau Kan prides itself on having a quiet, relaxing and family friendly environment and as such partying, excessive drinking and rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. After the first complaint guests will receive a warning. A second complaint will result in the loss of damage deposit and a third complaint will result in immediate eviction from the property. Plunge Pool: Your villa has a beautiful plunge pool located on the balcony for you to enjoy. We ask that you don't bring food, drinks or animals into the plunge pool at any time. Safe: To set a code for the safe, type in the code you want and hit the 'A' button, retype the code and hit A again. To change the code, press and hold the red button on the inside of the safe and repeat the process above. Instructions for using the safe can be found on it.
