We had a free upgrade to Executive Room. The room is very luxurious and customer service is excellent, complements esp to Xiao Fan who is very attentive and help us to navigate to place of interest. Everything is great in this hotel. 2 things to highlight - self washing of clothes is not available and room can get cold.overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room have some of black molds in the stand up shower at the edges of the tiles and the door. Also it seems like is clog. Water is not draining fast enough. There is seems like a blood mark on the carpet beside the bed.
