"Lovely place. Amazing views and they have done a great job with the outside eating spaces. Staff all brilliant in terms of work ethic and service. Food was ok, portion sizes huge so if you have hollow legs you’ll love it. Downside was being in a room right next to the cellar delivery in the morning. Made so much noise we might as well had helped them unload the kegs. And in no universe is that room worth £240 for a night with no breakfast. Totally overpriced "
"the building was a construction site. didn’t even exist looks like it’s been shut for years. phoned the company and they refused to help 5 times i phoned. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "
"Staff were excellent & food delicious. Perfect onsite parking & sea view room i stayed in had just been renovated & was lovely.
Only the bathroom to update."
"The Cross Keys was just what we needed when we were visiting relatives. Staff were very friendly, room and beds very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. "
"Good hotel in excellent location. Room was very hot but no way of controlling temperature other than opening window which led to noise. Breakfast was excellent. Disappointed that pool didn’t open until 8:00 a.m. "

"The property itself was excellent. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for six of us and everything we needed was sipplied. It is the middle of the town centre and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk away. Railway station is five minutes walk, and the buses stop directly outside. At the time of our visit tha High Street outside was being modernised. It was quiet for us as it was a bank holiday weekend so no work was taking place. The only issues we had were from a couple of nearby bars. Music and noise kept a couple of our party awake in the early hours. "
"Was exactly what I needed, a place to stay for one night. Wasn't expecting ‘private bathroom’ to just be a sink in the room and a shared toilet but it was fine for one night."
