Two hotels.
Only one night here. Hotel provided a free light buffet lunch for their guests A nice touch.The hotel booked has been taken over by the hotel next door which caused a little confusion at first. Once it was realised that reception was in the 'new' hotel all was smooth sailing. My room was booked in the 'old' hotel but a free upgrade to a sumptuous room in the 'new' hotel was provided.

Great budget hotel
This is a great budget hotel. We stayed in a room for 4 people. Did not realize they would be 4 bunkbeds...but that's OK. What was not so great is that the top bunk is about ½ meter from the ceiling. This is quite uncomfortable. The hotel is very clean and newly renovated and for the price we paid I really shouldn't complain considering what prices in Switzerland generally are. The breakfast (included) was great. I would stay here again but would get a different room even if that meant paying more.

Comfortable hotel in the middle of town
The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food. The hiking was close. The National Park information center is very close to the hotel and offers great information for the area. The room was comfortable.

Ideal for activities in the Swiss National Park. Very comfortable and homely hotel at a reasonable price with 2 decent restaurants.

Hervorragendes Mittelklassehotel
Dieses Hotel ist ein Juwel. Es hat sehr freundliches Personal, gemütliche moderne Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet mit vielen Warmspeise-Optionen. Das Restaurant des Hotels serviert hervorragenden Speisen (unser Tipp: Wild-Fondue). Die Lage des Hotels mitten in Zernez ist ebenfalls ein Vorteil obwohl es in gewissen Räumen zum Teil Strassenlärm gibt.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, alle Angestellten waren kompetent, das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, das Abendessen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre war sehr fein und der Service herzlich und aufmerksam! Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und beim Check out gab‘s noch gute Tipp‘s für unsere Schneewandertour! Tolles Hotel, hat alles gepasst, kommen sicher wieder!

Une chambre très spacieuse et confortable, un accueil chaleureux, un restaurant charmant où l'on a très bien mangé… A noter un arrangement à 4 plats pour les gens logeant à l'hôtel à un prix raisonnable. Bref, une excellente adresse !

schönes Und zentralgelegenes Hotel
Uns hat es im Hotel Crush Alba sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude, welches sehr gekonnt renoviert wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.

Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel waren wunderschön gestaltet. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das gratis Zvieribuffet und das kostengünstige, exzellente Abendessen. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Kleines charmantes Hotel an zentraler Lage
Beim Check-In bekommt man alle notwendigen Informationen, man wird auf das 4-Gang Menu im eigenen Restaurant aufmerksam gemacht, so wie, dass draussen kostenfreier Glüchwein zur Verfügung steht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, motiviert und interessiert. Etwas schade ist, dass trotz der modernen Einrichtung im Zimmer eine richtige Heizung fehlt, es steht dem Gast ein Elektroöfeli zur Verfügung, welches man individuell einstellen kann. Die eigene Pizzeria können wir sehr empfehlen, das Ambiente ist toll, und die Speisekarte bietet mehr als nur Pizzas.

Ficamos no hotel apenas uma noite. O quarto muito bonito, mas apesar de charmoso, o banheiro separado por um vidro (incluindo o vaso sanitário) oferece pouca privacidade. O café da manhã delicioso. Tivemos problemas com a internet.

siamo stati in vacanza per 4 giorni nel periodo di capodanno 2016 tutto carino, pulito e spazioso. Uniche due pecche: il cibo presso l'hotel, poco e molto caro + le stanze che non hanno armadi quindi i vestiti si devono tenere in valigia e per 4 giorni di vacanza non è molto pratico. Il personale parla esclusivamente tedesco tranne una sola persona che per fortuna parlava in italiano In zona non c'è nulla di attraente, gli svizzeri alle 17 chiudono i negozi e alle 18 non c'è più in giro nessuno. Abbiamo usato questo hotel come appoggio per poi spostarci a saint moritz in 30 minuti di macchina

New hotel
It is a very nice hotel, new and clean. I booked a family room with a bunk bed. But the bunk bed was so high, that my son slept on the matress which I pyt on the floor. It was very unconfortable to lay down on the bed and not being able to sit - feeling of sufocating. In the bathroom, they should put a door to avoid the entire floor to get wet after taking a shower. Anyway, the hotel was very clean and nice. Great breakfast buffet.
