Set on a forested mountainside, the PIne Cone Resort consists of five chalets, with each chalet having four units. The kitchen features microwave, coffee machine, toaster, flatware, cutlery for six, pots & pans, cooking utensils, stove & oven, big refrigerator. Use of shared memberships to the Anytime Fitness Center, 1-mile away. Free use of six small water craft: stand-up paddle boards, single and double sea kayaks, canoe, with 15 assorted life preservers and adjustable paddles. Free off-street parking up to 2 spaces. There is a coin operated washer/dryer The Pine Cone Resort is located in Zephyr Cove, it is near the best attractions in South Lake: 3.7 miles to Heavenly Ski Resort. 2.4 miles to the Casino corridor. 1.7 miles to the Nevada State beach. 1.2 miles to the Zephyr Cove Marina and beach. We really enjoyed our stay! The property is older, but quaint and cabin style. There is not a lot of hot water for showers and the sink backs up. But it was fun and I would go back.
