It has everything you need and was nicely upgraded. We were a bit disappointed that the internet didn’t work the entire time we were there in spite of reporting it to both the property manager on site and the people who managed the condo. The guest book stated there was a parking pass in the unit but it wasn’t there and we didn’t have a slip to put on the dashboard for registration. We made a handwritten note with our reservation information and vehicle id and put it on the dash and a duplicate in the registration box. In talking to the property manager on site, he said it was fine.
