A true gem. The GF apartment was spotlessly clean, fabulously equipped and so quiet and comfortable. A beautiful garden with outdoor seating came with this apartment. Neal was very easy to communicate with and so friendly when we met him (and his lovely family). Some great treats including croissants, jams, cake, crisps, milk and butter were provided. There was even citrus fruit for G&T. Very much appreciated. It is a 20min walk out of Lincoln. Easy walk in, c.£6 taxi back. We felt so relaxed and refreshed. Uber into Lincoln around £6 very easy. The owner Neil left us some lovely goodies and was nice to chat to him about the history of the place. I had apartment 3, which was large and very comfortable. The house is 5 minutes from Lincoln but is in a lovely quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is ample parking and a pretty garden. The host, Neil, is a very nice guy. You will not find a better place in the Lincoln area to stay. I can think of nothing that would make it a better accommodation.
