There were two of us guests with the same last name and the hotel clerk only found the other man's reservation.This rude man checking me in continually insisted that I had to pay for the room although I had previously paid in advance through Expedia. After I explained and showed him my booking on my phone, he then conceded and gave me my room without any apology whatsovever. The rooms are more like dormitory facilities -- no toilet nor shower in the room, only shared facilities in the hallway. I had to walk 3 flights of dirty and dusty stairs (no lift) and am glad that I only had a light overnight bag with me. I'm shocked that Expedia has this "hostel" hotel as one of its listed properties.
