Hotel Goya
Decent hotel, great location, good value for money. Nice theme hotel and design. A bit of an older, European style hotel but very convenient for city centre.

not even a small fridge in the room, not a way to heat water and have a tea if you wanted, parking so small that even a small car has trouble opening doors when other cars are around. room smelled like sewer like outside all the time, dark rooms, , room smaller than seems on pictures. breakfast ok.

GREAT LOCATION and with Parking
excellent location very central and with secure underground parking - 16.50 euros extra. breakfast is included which is good, full size Goya photo behind bed but room a little shabby or well worn, the lift was a little disconcerting as it was noisy but was ok, however, the location make up for this, we needed secure parking. Female receptionist was very nice and helpful, spoke English well. We visited 16 oct and it was still warm - 24 degrees and we wanted the air con to work in the room, it was on in the main areas, so went to reception and they seemed unhelpful and said it had been turned off because it was October, but 15 mins later we got a phone call to say that the aircon had been turned on, so all good. We would go again because of the location. A little difficult to find as you have to drive over a pavement to get onto the Calle.

Hotel is in an easy part of town to walk to everything. The street/alley below can be a bit noisey at times. Hope you like small elevators but we found that to be par for the course at many hotels around Spain. Front desk was very helpful in directing us where to go for food and attractions. Would definitely stay here again

Great location!
Hotel is old and rooms need to be updated but otherwise it's a good hotel. It was clean enough even though it could have been better and bed was comfortable. Hotel location is great and they also have parking which makes it easier.

The hotel feels dark. Suitable for our needs though and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate, simple and sufficient. Excellent location for wandering the city near the Basilica.

Pleasant hotel in the city of Zaragoza
The Goya is a magnificent hotel, but in need of a little TLC. The polished wooden handrails on the stairs are exquisite, and beautiful wooden paneling is in abundance. The negative side to this is that the hotel seems a little gloomy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. In a city where English-speakers are the exception, it was a great relief that the desk staff all spoke excellent English. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I've stayed at this hotel before and was happy enough to return. Its reasonably priced and in a good location. The only negative comment I'd make is the fact that the hotel has made some changes and have removed the fridges from the rooms. This means that even though temperatures hit 40 in the summer there is no where to store or keep anything cold, forcing you to only buy something from the drinks machine in the lobby.

Nice apartment right by La Sagrada Familia.
Not fancy, but a nice apartment pretty centrally located. Great way for a family of four to save a little compared to two hotel rooms. Very clean. Safe neighborhood. Well stocked grocery store close by. (Hotel Staff rating obviously irrelevant.)

nice hotel close to El Tubo
The hotel has a good location on a quiet street a block from Plaza España and the start of El Tubo. It is about 1/2 a US mile (10 minutes walking) from the Basilica El Pilar and La Seo. It is a good location to see the museums and nightlife and still be able to sleep. We got the breakfast, which seemed to be less in advance from expedia than if purchased later at the hotel. The breakfast was reasonable for the price: fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, ham, cheese, jams, Spanish omelets, pastries, water, juices, milk, coffee, etc.

En su día debía ser uno de los hoteles con mas prestigio de la ciudad. Ahora se ve caducado, moquetas que piden llorando su retirada..... El hotel, que sigue siendo muy recomendable, no descarta una actualización.

Excelente localização!
Razoável, excelente localização, mas quarto muito quente, precisei mudar e manteve-se a temperatura. No segundo quarto pude manter a janela aberta, não havia o barulho do primeiro, melhorou a temperatura. O quarto não tinha termostato para o ar-condicionado. No mais, tudo ótimo!

Pretty worn rooms. Noisy as you can hear your neighbors very well. No iron. No possibility to adjust heating. Bed was OK though. All-in-all definitely not worth four stars.
