Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The entire property is very clean which is the best for me. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast was fine, kitchenette provided no utensils or cookware, plates nor cups. Thought a suit would have those. Ended up not needing them. Access road was essentially gravel with large potholes. Ned was comfortable and the room was clean. Service fine, staff was friendly and efficient.

Great accommodations but pool/hot tub closes early
No complaints at all. The staff were friendly, the property was very clean and accommodations were what I expected. However, I most recently visited another property and their pool and hot tub hours were 24 hours. At this property they closed at 11 PM.

It was close to the Living Word. However, it was hard to find. Signs are small. It was easier to look for the quality inn

Hotel was OK and pretty much as expected.... My only beef was figuring out how to sign into your wi-fi (needs improvement) and trying to understand your silly $10 incidentals charge! $10 won't go far against a trashed room! Why all the bother???

The systems forces us to have an incidental auth, so instead of setting it as the room rate for the night like most hotels do and hold up that auth until check out, we do the minimum that the system allows which is 10

The rooms are quite spacious. There is a whole room thermostat to control the room temperature. The bathroom was well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The Keurig in the room did not work, but they had coffee available in the lobby. It would be great if the bathroom had a fan. They should also use better quality plastic cutlery, and definitely use paper rather than foam plates.
