"This property is isolated so you need to reserve all your meals in advance. It would have been nice to have water coffee tea a available other than instant in the room The pool was great as was the access to the beach We booked the harbour view but realized once we arrived that it was an industrial construction area with large boats. We upgraded to an ocean front room with balcony it was lovely so worth it"

"The hotel is staffed well, always very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony offers exquisite view of the ocean. Having access to the club lounge is fantastic, providing convenience for breakfast/snacks and drinks all day! Pools and beach area are very clean with lifeguards monitoring. Spa is serene and relaxing. Food quality is also top notch at the restaurants on site. Overall excellent experience!"

"I had excellent experience at this hotel, my room facing ocean and loved to see the airplane landing from my room. Also there stuffs was friendly and really helpful with everything. I was thinking about getting hotel at or near kokusai dori, but I think I made best choice for my trip to Okinawa taking mom, and she really enjoyed the stay, I recommend this hotel for Okinawa visit"

"A most exceptional experience; the staff went above and beyond with courtesy and helpful assistance. Our room was exactly what we needed for three persons, one of whom is in a wheelchair. I do stay here often, when I travel to Okinawa...and will continue to do so."
