The ground floor features a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped family kitchen, and a cozy dining area. On this level, you'll also find a master bedroom with ensuite Jacuzzi bath, and access to the gardens and pool.  
  
The first floor includes two bedrooms, one of which is a second master suite with private bathroom and sitting area, ideal for those wanting extra space and comfort. Both have access to balconies or terraces.
