Just a short stroll from the soft sands of Zakynthos, J&K Villa is a brand-new hideaway with its own private pool, sun-soaked terrace, and elegant interiors; the perfect blend of luxury and island ease.  
  
Completed in 2024, this peaceful retreat is set in the tranquil area of Kamaroti, Lithakia, offering privacy and style just 600 meters from the golden beach. Covering 110 square meters across two levels, the villa welcomes up to four guests in two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. Each bedroom features its own modern en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also a convenient guest WC on the ground floor.  
  
The open-plan living space is bright and inviting, flowing effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and all the essential cookware. Whether preparing a quick breakfast before a day of adventure or lingering over a homemade dinner, the space is designed to make every meal a pleasure.  
  
Step outside to your own private oasis. An 8-by-4-metre pool glistens in the sunshine, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded by large umbrellas. The terrace offers a stylish lounge area and an al fresco dining spot, while the barbecue invites long, relaxed evenings under the Zakynthian stars.
