Villa Mare & Villa Sabbia are two quite similar holiday homes, which measure 120 sq.m. each and are located on the beach of Psarou in the Ammoudi area. Each villa features three bedrooms and a private swimming pool, and can accommodate 6 guests each. The villas can be rented separately or together.  
  
  
  
Entering through the main entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda with a direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor features two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower each. These bedrooms share a common veranda with a wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pool. The outdoor spaces feature the private swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols and BBQ. The two swimming pools are separated by a fence, so that to ensure your privacy.  
  
  
  
Villa Sabbia is a wonderful villa with amazing sea views and has been tastefully decorated throughout. It is situated next door to its's identical sister villa ( Villa Mare ). The villas can be rented separately or together which is perfect for a large family or a group of friends.  
  
  
  
Sit on a balcony next to the calm waves of the Ionian Sea and enjoy the spectacular view in one of the most peaceful shores of Zakynthos Island. From the impressive sunrise to the lovely sunset, you will experience the most amazing days ever, along with becalming nights accompanied by the sound of lapping waves.
