The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. The staff and family who run the hotel go above and beyond for everyone, no detail missed. Nothing is too much trouble and they offer services before you even ask. Spotlessly clean. Food amazing. The hotel and rooms are just stunning. We were worried we might be a little far from restaurants and bars but the local village is just perfection, with a livelier strip within easy walking distance. Wouldn't change a thing.

Overall a good stay. The only issues I had is that my room was next to the cleaning persons room. So it was very loud in the morning and the doors in the hallways slam shut so that woke me up several times throughout the morning. This is a kid friendly resort so there are a LOT of kids so just be mindful when booking. The beach was dirty more than likely due to the kids. The staff are all very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The food is wonderful there as well. They upgraded my room too so that was lovely as well.

A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here.
