### Stone House in Petrcane near the Sea

Fully renovated stone house just 80 meters from the sea. The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are spread over two floors, with a fully equipped living and dining room, a bathroom and a furnished balcony or terrace on each floor - ideal for couples or families! Petrcane is a small town with around 600 inhabitants, 12 kilometers northwest of Zadar and about 25 minutes from Zadar-Zemunik Airport. There are several small supermarkets, vegetable markets and bakeries in the center. On the beaches you will find a few bars where you can relax with drinks and cocktails. There is also a bus to Zadar every 90 minutes. Petrcane is an ideal destination for a family holiday and is especially popular because of the two kilometers of sand, pebble and rocky beaches. Highlights included: consumption-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Wifi, tourist tax. Activities in the area: hiking, jogging, cycling, horse riding, bungee jumping: the sports offer in and around Petrcane leaves nothing to be desired. You can swim, diving or surfing into the crystal clear water - there are many beautiful beaches that are perfect for a carefree family vacation. The historic city of Zadar is waiting for your visit just 12 kilometers away. A canal separates the old town of the mainland. The majority is built in Venetian style, but the first settlements were already in the illyrical time. A walk through the old town is like a journey through the different eras of the exciting 3000-year history. Remains of Roman buildings, old city walls and gates from the Middle Ages, to the modern sights at the northern tip of the peninsula, the greeting to the sun and the sea organ are just a few stops from your "museum visit" in the open air.
