For the price is the best value option to stay in Zacatecas. I really recommend it is 10 to 15 min from downtown and 2 to 3 min from the mina El Eden, you also will get some really nice views

Overall the stay was good. I had an incident were the room I was given at first was not thoroughly cleaned and the Hotel relocated me to a different room. Besides that, I believe the service and amenities were worth what I paid for.

This property is s excellent place for turist its very close to 3 of main atractions of the city waking distance La Bufa teleferico snd 10 to 15 minutes fron downtown

This hotel had an amazing view of La Bufa de Zacatecas. It is walking distance to El Teleferico. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. It was very clean. I enjoyed the food from the restaurants. The food was delicious.

I like the location of the property and how you can see everything from that distance. I did not like that we did not have hot water and it took a long time to eventually work, but still didn't work even after a few hours.

First time in this hotel and I highly recommended perfect location for Eden mina, Teleférico and bufafora. Close to downtown Zacatecas. The restaurant has a buffet for breakfast and they change dishes everyday. I really love this place...I will come back for sure

A beautiful quiet place.
A beautiful place to stay.. The staff was courteous, helpful and kind. A few spoke English so that was nice.. We had everything we need in the room Wonderful sheets and bedding. Internet was strong, The view from the balcony was nice. I liked the balcony and though it was a shared space the staff spread the guest out and we enjoyed the entire space to ourselves watching the telferico. The food was excellent . The garden was blooming roses and fresh oranges off the trees.. The piano was nice to hear pleasant. Abit out of town so a taxi was need to go in but the staff called everytime and he arrived within 5 min. A beautiful quiet place would stay again.

Excelente ubicacion, hotel en buenas condiciones, pero tienen oportunidad en dar soluciones a dudas o situaciones que se requiere. The reason I decided to stay at this specific hotel was due to the accessibility to the Teleferico and La Mina. On the negative aspect of the hotel the front desk staff have horrible communication. I requested their spa service for 2 people and they contract outside witj a vendor. The masseuse was sent to another hotel and the staff did not take any responsibility for their mistake.

Convenient location
Nice ambiance. Great views in the day, very colorful by night. The Cabrito restaurant was great as well. You must have the Arachera and the flautas mixtas. Just a few things that were a draw back were the older sheets/ mattresses in the room. They were clean but felt old. Water pressure and hot water were great, but you had to be careful it didn't overflow into the rest of the room. I also had reserved a taxi to the airport through the receptions concierge for 330am the next day and they didn't show up, very nerve wrecking. Luckily the gentleman at reception rushed to find a new one and we made it on time. I'll stay there again because of the convenience, price and nice staff.

The only thing I like about this hotel is proximity to el teleférico and la mina. The staff didn’t recognize about Expedia VIP. Providing a room with a share balcony of the allowable smoking room. It was wired to have stranger in your balcony smoking. Thanks for being VIP.

Spacious room.
The place is quiet and clean. The room i was in was veey spacious and even included a mini refrigerator. The AC cools room nicely. The staff very friendly.

The hotel is composed of different buildings, rather than one unit with many stories. Because of this every room has a window. It doesn’t have carpet, which is great because it didn’t smell like humidity. And we had a balcony which was shared with the room next to ours. You can easily walk to the historic downtown. I can’t think of something I didn’t like.

Unfortunately my booked was not what I choose! The hotel was book due to a parties events and they gave me a different room and charge me more that it was speculated. The hotel does not have the ⭐️ assigned. Need a lot of upgrades in the room and it was uncomfortable and old. Loud and not privacy involve. Guess could see thru my window due to a short curtains. They did not provide a tv remote control and they try to give a paper to sign to make complaint about the unprepared and unprofessional staff. The document was also to sign for not to do complaints about property and staff. I definitely won’t book there. Please sent my review to managements so the tu can make changes.
