5/5 Excellent
"Breakfast was excellent, location was great. Only down side is the hot water in shower may not be hot enough "
A verified traveller stayed at Nogamihonkan Ryokan
"Hotel seemed to run very efficiently, despite it being very busy. Lots of entertainment options on site. Top floor onsen in Sorakan is very nice and provides wonderful views of the city. Would recommend for a family trip, but probably not for a romantic trip."
"The hotel is large, but well-maintained. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The only down side was waiting for the elevator at peak use times, because there were so many guests late March... The location is perfect, walking distance from the train station, and near downtown restaurants"
A verified traveller stayed at Kamenoi Hotel Beppu
"Conveniently located near Beppu Station and Bus terminal. Friendly English- speaking staff. Only complaint is the wall is a bit thin. You can hear guests in the adjacent room talking. "
