The apartment was centrally located- clean and safe with our own assigned parking space. We absolutely loved the area - so many great places to eat and drink! The loft was so cute and very clean and perfect for us and our friend! My only suggestion would be to put mirrors in each bedroom for ease of getting ready in the morning and sharing a bathroom. The immediate surrounding area was great and safe with several trendy restaurants but a few blocks away we went to a park that was pretty rough and didn’t stay long. My boys and I came up to Michigan from North Carolina to see a University of Michigan football game, but we couldn't get decent lodging in Ann Arbor so we stumbled upon this place and it was quite a treasure. We ended up canceling a couple of reservations that we had in Ann Arbor to eat at the restaurant downstairs because that was flipping amazing and the music that they had in the bar was some of the best I've ever seen for free! Perfect location, clean and nice. Right above a nice restaurant that we went to as well. Communication was fine, but we did reach out for more trash bags and did not hear back. We made due either way. The HVAC for the building was also louder than expected, but 2 small things to an otherwise perfectly fine stay. ##### Ricky S.
