Peaceful, relaxing evening

Posted 23-Sep-2015 on Hotels
Julia's is a 140 year old house with beautiful hard wood floors and the original fireplace. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bed was very confortable that was beautifully decorated. They have a collection of over 300 dvds that can be watched on the in room dvd player. It was our first visit but certainly not our last. The breakfast of was very good as well. Finally, the fabulous Hubbard Pet Resort was only 1 block away which our 2 dogs throughly enjoyed.

Overnight at Julia's

Posted 16-Sep-2015 on Hotels
I just stayed overnight and had a very pleasant stay. The only problem I experienced was being awakened by the tooting of a nearby train at night.

awesome B&B

Posted 20-Aug-2015 on Hotels
This was a clean, comfortable, and charming bed and breakfast. The grounds were beautiful. The house was awesome. Wish it was closer to our house and we would go there for a weekend trip. If ever in Ohio again will definitely stay here. We loved everything about our stay. Host were friendly and kind.

Some great features one major downfall

Posted 01-Aug-2015
Pros: Large rooms
Cons: A/C
Location: Golf and that is about it. First recommended restaurant 5 mi,es away.
Lovely old home, friendly staff, large room, comfortable bed, decent jacuzzi, good breakfast, free soft drinks, water, and snacks, good wi-fi, slow responding TV, all seriously marred by an extremely noisy air conditioner. We could stay cool or watch TV, stay cool or talk, stay cool or sleep. We got a little sleep, watched a little TV, and stayed cool most of the time!

Great place to stay

Posted 02-Jul-2015
Pros: Staff, breakfast
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Places to eat not far away. Right next to a golf course, which explains the heavy golf theme of the place.
Needed a place to stay for the night, so picked this B&B over generic hotel since the price was very competitive. Staff was great, room was great, breakfast was great.
