20 - 30 min drive to Yosemite park
Overall the stay was comfortable. Rooms were spacious, the kitchenette came in handy, and the proximity to Yosemite was great. The restaurants at the hotel were a bit expensive and the food was average, but it was better than nothing. Overall, the rooms are a bit pricey for two people (200 per night), but I still would recommend it to other travelers. The value is overall pretty good because it is the closest hotel to the park other than staying in the park itself.
The following is an FYI and not really a criticism of the hotel. There was absolutely 0 cellular network service, which was unfortunate considering Yosemite Valley actually had relatively good coverage. Obviously I can't fault the hotel for that, but just an FYI when planning. It was only an issue for us because we needed to check the weather for the next day so we could plan appropriately.
