The hotel was very convenient to the area, and the things that I wanted to do... The down side- The room it self was quite noisy. From the air conditioning and in room refrigerator, to other guests banging doors until well after midnight, didn't work for me. There were/are motion sensor lights in my room. Inexplicable at 2:06am one of the lights came on, waking me up... I've stayed here in the past without the above issues...

I liked the most about here was the staff and service. It was really wonderful. They treated us with kindness and were friendly towards Deaf people (us!) The only downside was the room itself- not clean enough and there was a lot of damaged equipment, furniture, lights, and general setting. Non smoking area still smelled of smoke (so much) that it irritated my asthma. The bed was not great and the pillows sucked. For the price I was paying, I expected better. Los Angeles hotel with the same price would have better amenities and quality of bed, bedding, and pillows. The bathroom shower needed descaling and was disappointing. The makeup mirror did not work.

I paid the full amount to Expedia on line, just requested to pay $9.00 to the hotel. When I left the hotel, they give me a receipt $9.00, but I found from my Credit Card today that the hotel charged me $80 EXCEIPT the $9.00. ???

Enjoyed staying here for a night. There's not any shopping around, so if you're wanting to do that, you're out of luck. We ate at the Italian restaurant for dinner; it was really good and the service was awesome! We also ate breakfast at the cafe. Also very good and awesome service. Everyone was very friendly. Would have no problem staying there again.

The coffee maker sucked, made horrible coffee, and leaked water. Need a Kurig. The shower and tub faucets were not even connected to the wall, just by the pipes inside and were moving around in the wall. There wasn't enough staff to check you in or out. Not any good food options, the food was not good except for the cafe.

They're still checking temperatures for covid19 and searched my wifes purse at front door. Also you have to show id for anything and everything. Terrible customer service and no box fan in housekeeping to use. Room was warm!!!

I really liked the security personnel at the entrance checking people into the front door and the security personnel at the bottom of the elevators to make sure the people going to the rooms where people staying there and who they said they were. I also liked the security walking around the parking lot making sure peoples cars were safe. Btw, each of these security personnel were willing to help you out with your bags and also gave perfect instructions on where we were asking to go. I felt so safe there.
