It is hard to get a good sleep in this hotel. You can hear people walking upstairs and waking up in the middle of a night. They assigned us room 109, which is between laundry and a staircase. It smells bad from the laundry. You can hear people using the laundry late evening and personnel slamming doors in adjacent laundry room early morning. We could only get a couple of hours of sleep.

The included breakfast was weak, very limited so I went somewhere else and paid for breakfast. Typical for other hotel stays were sausage and eggs, not here. This was the real disappointment from staying there. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable

Restless Night
One of the beds in our room had a super loud metal to metal scrapping sound every time you moved. Also, heard the same noise coming from another room. The place is extremely clean but the walls are thin and we could here snoring in the next room.

I have been coming to this location on several occasions. Never had a problem, but we came across several sketchy individuals staying at this location during our last visit. When we first checked in, a man blocked our car from parking and I asked him nicely to move his car and he refused. He looked like he was under the influence. Second night stay, female guest smoking cigarettes inside the hot tub while wearing underwear and not proper swimming attire. We could not allow my daughter to go inside the hot tub after that. She also stunk up the ice machine area. Lots of noises coming from the second floor at 5am. Staff were nice, facilities were cleaned.

I really appreciate the staff and the breakfast. But I was very disappointed that the management decide to not offer HBO or a way for their costumers to be able to watch a movie. It was a regular xfinity cable which was not working well in some rooms.

Highly recommend!
Even at 8:30pm at night, the receptionist was very friendly. The room was spacious & clean. Love the dual sinks. Perfect for the 3 of us! There were tons of breakfast options & drinks. Was very impressed! Was there for a Cross Crountry meet. Already recommended to many of our teammates. Only thing I would recommend is a refrigerator with a freezer. Couldnt keep our ice packs frozen. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again.

They do not have infant cribs. They tried to be accommodated and find us an extra one from storage, but it smelled of gasoline and cigarettes, so please make sure you bring your own, or like we did, you’ll have to drive 30 to 40 minutes to the closest Walmart to purchase one. I did find this quite odd, and hadn’t experienced a stay without a safe place for babies to sleep. The staff were all very nice. The room was kept up well, but the pool and hot tub were unusable due to a massive amount of chlorine that burns your eyes.

We were in the area over the Labor Day weekend and didn't have reservations. I should mention that this was a spontaneous trip with no advance planning at all. We needed a place to stay and the Cedar Inn had a few rooms. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast had a lot of choices and we left that morning thinking that we'd come back some day.

Rooms were updated and clean. New vinyl flooring in all rooms. Air conditioning was located in the farther separate sofa area which was partitioned by a wall from the bed area and bath. It was much warmer in the bedroom area. The air did not get into the bath at all. There was no separate fan for the bathroom as well. We kept the bathroom door open to get some circulation. The bed was very firm. This is not my preference as I have RA and need a bit more give for myself. The shower had really good water pressure and a low tub clearance. My only issue with the bathroom was that the toilet is very low. Great for children though ;) The pool area was very nice. We did not use this area but wished I had thought to bring my swimsuit. Breakfast was very nice. Many options including the Best Western waffles which I love. Yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, biscuits & gravy etc. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Overall a very pleasant experience and will return.
