"Not a lot of options here, but the Majestic is grossly overpriced so the Lodge is your only option for a traditional hotel experience. Staff is hit or miss - some were great, some were very disinterested. Restaurant was decent but again, great busboy, lousy waitress. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. Location is excellent for access to Valley activities."

"Cabin was old and cold with no heat but propane fireplace. Dirty and needs updating. Unable to participate in archery activities related to poor staffing. Glass blowing too expensive. Restaurant was overpriced food was not good but wait staff was excellent. Had the worst pizza of my life at little pizza place inside resort. Would not recommend this resort to fellow travelers.,"
"We had a River View King room on the first floor. A key thing to know about this view is that the river is literally at your patio and it is loud rushing water - which we really liked. There is a solid door from your room out to the patio with a table and chairs and I found it to be lovely, sitting out there in the mornings with my coffee. The bathroom had an oversized jetted tub and dual shower heads, as well as pumps for shampoo and body wash (no bars of soap, no conditioner). You can opt for daily housekeeping. There is a gift shop, coffee machine, and small market off the lobby. There is a nice restaurant we enjoyed as well as a good pizza place in the same building. There are pools and hot tubs, a small fitness center and large gaming room. **The El Portal entrance to Yosemite NP is at the end of the hotel parking lot - it's another 10 minute drive to the Park Ranger kiosk where you pay to enter YNP. This is the ideal place to stay if you aren't staying inside the park - highly recommend!"
"Dinners were great, staff very helpful. Pool area is beautiful. Dining room ambience so-so. Would be nice if tent cabins had 120v, nice they had usb connection.
Property is just wonderful. Would highly recommend"
"Giving it 4 stars for the great location. The first two days were so foggy the visibility was less than 20 feet, which is really scary driving in the mountains. The rest of our stay was stunning! As for the cabin, it had the necessities. It could use some modernizing and newer furniture, but was fine. It was safe and gave our family a place to spend time together. Exactly as we expected. "
"Travelers should ignore the bad reviews this property got, especially if booking a cabin or tent cabin. We had a great experience! Super convenient to the south entrance of Yosemite. The basic cabin was so cute and I’d definitely stay there again. It had a kitchen, coffee maker, fire pit and picnic table and chairs outside. It wasn’t cold at all but if traveling in winter months you may want to bring a portable heater. My friend stayed in a tent cabin and it was very nice, looked newly remodeled with nice floors. The check in process was very smooth. They even have a well stocked store with firewood and all camping essentials. I’ve been to several glamping sites and was impressed with my experience at Indian Flat. 5 stars!"
