The space is designed to provide you with a comfortable, clean, and safe stay while connecting you with nature. In the summer you can sit out on the deck and watch the sunset on the river, go kayaking, go on a nature walk at Saw Wee Kee Park which is a 14 minute drive from this townhome or just go take a stroll through Downtown Yorkville.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in all of our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

The property has some safety issues that need to be addressed. Master bed was comfortable. Didn’t sit outside as there were too many bugs. The host was communicative prior to arrival.

Garage door height does not allow standard SUV Parking. Stairs too much for a senior with dogs. Neighborhood did not seem safe. Did not stay. Lost my money.
