Lovely property in the centre of the village. Any problems we had were quickly dealt with. Stunning views once you reach higher ground nearby. Village has a lovely coffee shop with delicious food and a small shop for basics. Thank you Katy and Dean, we have had a lovely stay.
Great place to stay - especially if you enjoy walking. It was a bit chilly on arrival as we did arrive late but was ok when we had turned up the thermostat - we were surprised that no logs for the wood burner were supplied - I don't remember it saying - bring your own. But this didn't spoil the stay. ...
We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a lovely welcome pack of wine, water and items for a cooked breakfast which was a nice touch. The cottage is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean. Would love to come back another time!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very warm in spite of freezing weather and well provided with books and DVDs as well as all the normal facilities. The house was attractively and comfortably furnished. We loved the area and found plenty to do. Thanks for a great break.
