Stayed at Ebor Mews apartment. Key pick up from the office was simple and the staff member was helpful and informative. The apartment was really central, only 2 or 3 minutes walk from York Minster and a few more minutes walk to the Shambles area. The kitchen area was clean and compact. It was equipped with everything we needed. The living area was small with 2 small sofas. We were a party of 5 so really could have done with an extra ‘seat’. The 2 bedrooms were lovely and the double beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t seem to access local programmes on the TV but we were able to log into Netflix so not a problem. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment served our purpose well.

Exceptionally appointed apartment in a beautiful building and in an excellent location. Very close to riverside bars/restaurants and Shambles. Customer Service and comms over and above expectations. Including advising of early checkin being available free of charge. Will stay here again when next in York

Great location and beautiful property
This property was beautiful and is in a wonderful location. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Check-in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this location in York. The room layout was great, with a nice big bathroom and kitchen. It isn't a busier location, within walking distance to many attractions. In saying that, we did hear people talking outside at times, but we didn't mind it and expected in a busy city like this. We're definitely hoping to go back in the future and would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Staff was over the Top and very resourceful. Nicole was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us great Historical insight. Anything I asked for it was taken care of immediately. The room was large and location was perfect with walking distance to everything.

This is definitely not an accommodation for six. The pullout couch is terrible but no way could two people fit on it. Our 10 year old twins wouldn’t even sleep on it and they have slept on maaaany pull out couches while traveling. They opted to just sleep on the couches as is. Luckily we had kids and no other adults with us. The area is great and walkable but also very noisy at night. Music and partying until 2am. Not the fault of the owners, but just be aware when staying with kids.

I like it but they charge £3/luggage if you wanna store your luggage after check out :( while other stay would do that for free.. The towels are a bit old, i know they’re clean but by the look of it it looked… dirty

The apartment was excellent for everything we visited in York. The longest walk was about 10 minutes, which is nothing. I would stay here again. Got nothing bad to say about this apartment.

We stayed in the Viking Quarters apartment. Fantastic location for exploring the city. Kitchen well equipped. Unfortunately the apartment bathroom smelt of sewage. The duvet covers were far too small for the duvets - think theyd tried to put double duvet covers in king size duvets, and when I asked reception, they just repeated they were confused and took no action to rectify or apologise. It is noisy from the road traffic at night for the front bedroom so if you're a light sleeper then Viking Quarters isn't for you. As I say, great location but clearly some issues.

York stay in Tower Mews
Apartment was clean and well equipped, nice light space. The roof terrace was good for sitting in the sun in the afternoon, and is very private (although the view is just the roof next door rather than out to the city). Beds were very comfortable, only thing was because it's a top floor apartment the bedrooms got very hot in the morning sun

Fantastic location, comfortable, pretty and clean.
The appartment was in a brilliant location with access to a fantastic walk around the city wall directly on the doorstep. The appartment suited us well with a spacious layout and a practical well stocked kitchen. Nicely decorated and presented and was clean and easy to keep clean. Very convenient as could park close by in Monk Car park and walk easily to all the attractions and shops that we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed our stay in York and would definitely stay there again and can recommend to other guests.

Great location and communication. We were a bit confused about the actual location of the apartment as they have so many in the area but the team were really helpful and sorted everything out. Would definitely stay again, it was lovely and clean and easy to come and go.

The room was great. It was clean, comfortable bed, decent shower. The only down fall was being on the ground floor anytime another guest came in the outside door would slam. Not a huge deal if you are a heavy sleeper but if you want a decent nights sleep get a room on a different floor. Location was great directly on an entrance to the York walls.

This is a terrific apartment - well equipped, stylish and relaxing, right in the historic heart of York. Reception staff very helpful. There’s a good long stay car park close by, and all the local amenities you could want.

The property was in the perfect location just a stones throw away from the castle walls and York Minster. The property had all the amenities you could ever need and was comfy and clean. The only complaint I would have is that the upstairs apartment were quite noisy and you could hear their footsteps at 6’oclock in the morning as the ceiling was quite thin.

We let property know we wanted early check in, on arrival we were told come back in a hour, we can at least put our bags away, when we did the last room us to the room WE BOOKED BY NAME, after in packing another lady came there said we are in wrong room we must leave! Again this room was not ready so we had to pack back up put bags in dirty room and leave !! Very unorganised staff !! Room was OK, sleeper coach terrible, very bad creeky floor,

This apartment was in a fantastic location to step right out into York. It was big enough for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Parking wasn’t too far away, rooms were big enough, it was clean, and everything worked. Being on a busy street, it could get noisy all day and night where you could easily hear everyone that walked by and was talking. However, we will definitely book here again.

Perfect location. Super friendly staff. Stayed 2 nights in 2 different apartments. First apartment was lovely, comfy and cosy with everything we could need, although could have done with a clean. The second apartment wasn’t so great, really dirty, shower not working and not enough bedding available. Sofa bed not worthy of being called a bed. Bit spooky too, although in a listed building it’s to be expected.

Lovely clean apartment. Quiet sleeping in the bedroom however it was noisy from the street sleeping on the bed settee.The mattress was far to soft and the bed was really low. In a fantastic location really central and lady telephoned us the check our arrival time and to let us know that the apartment would be ready earlier which was really useful. Really wish the check out was 11 instead of 10am.Immaculately clean throughout.

Ideal spot to stay. Close to all amenities. Although check in was supposed to be from 3pm we were able to check in at 12 noon which was excellent. Friendly welcome. The apartment was clean and spacious. Would of liked on site parking however paid parking is very closr by and safe. Would stay here again.

Very nice modern apartment fully equipped and well laid out We were told that an email was sent the night before about the check in however after checking twice no email received. When a call was made to discuss how to get to the apartment the call was met with arrogance, attitude and damn right rudeness. The postcode given was 10 minutes from the apartment and at no point did we get the full address until I asked for it. The person on reception assumed we knew the area when discussing parking we didn’t

Dear Simon We were upset and very surprised to read your review. We have never in 15 years had any guest say a member of our staff was rude and arrogant. In fact if you read our reviews they all say how friendly and helpful our staff are. I have spoken to the staff member you spoke to and I have also checked the phone records. This lady has worked for us for over 10 years and we have never received a complaint about her. She actually called you 5 times and spoke to 3 different people from your party. She also left 2 messages explaining where you needed to go to check in. I have no idea why there was so much confusion and I apologise if you feel she came across as rude....that is something which is totally unacceptable and we would not tolerate in our business. Lovely apartment in York.
Lovely 2-bed apartment (also has a sofa bed so can sleep six) next to Goodramgate on the city wall and a good location for walking into the centre. Also just around the corner from the reception and about a 20 minute walk from the railway station. Would definitely use again.
