"Great location"
Great location for the city centre. The staff can not be faulted, from check in to breakfast the following morning, fantastic! My only negative would be the parking cost. It is the same to other car parks around it. I would have thought a nicer option would be to allow a reduced rate to those who are all ready paying to stay in the hotel. Maybe £10 for the day rather than the £20?

Pocket Guide: Aldwark York Hilton Worldwide Hotels

Once enclosed by ancient fortified walls, York offers a wealth of cultural and historical sites, including York Castle, the National Railway Museum, and York Minster, a Gothic cathedral in the city center. The Shambles is a pedestrian-friendly street dating back to mediaeval ages, where it housed butcher shops. Today the scene is less gruesome, with quaint boutiques and tea rooms lining the road.
