"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. I didn’t like the smokiness of the 1st room, he must have assumed that I wouldn’t, because he had the next room key ready when we returned to the lobby. The room decor is a little dated, but very...
