Overall it was good, but there was an area between two twin beds that had exposed bare floor where wire and cable was coming out. It looked very unkept, but other than that the hotel was fine.

Best Western is wonderfully situated, with an amazing team of staff, cleaners, and facilities. This is my second time staying here after visiting 2 years prior, and unfortunately, you can see that it's been used in that time. However, it's small blemishes. The hotel is in an amazing location, and absolutely worth staying in!

Extremely close to station
Proximity to station was much appreciated. However at night when it is all quiet it can be a little disturbing for people who has shallow sleep. The stairs at the entrance also a little strange for people with luggages. Other than that it was a perfect experience. Staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel is close to the rail system, but is not easy to access for disabled. The air conditioner in 1st room was not cooling- no instructions in English. Not many staff used English very well.The furniture was poorly positioned in the room and egress was poor.

We arrived at the hotel and there was dust everywhere- on the tables, fridge, walls and so much of it on the air conditioner. We asked for cleaning but they couldn’t offer it until the next day. We asked why it was dirty but they said they just couldn’t clean it that day. The room was allowed smoking but the airconditioner, when used, smelled like dust, mold and smoke. They couldn’t offer us anything- no room change etc. Room was not as described in the photos.

This is the smallest hotel I've been in. I thought the cruise cabin was small not until i stay at this hotel. My bf is 6ft and 200lbs but could hardly made it through the bathroom door. The shower was so tight that i had to shower one side at a time (i'm 5ft 115lbs). Both of us can't be moving around inside the room at the same time cuz there's hardly room to move. The bed was very small and i don't even know what type of pillows we were sleeping on. There was fuzzy things on the wall. The location is good but will not stay again.

You get what you pay for
This hotel is an extreme value/budget option. I actually enjoyed the location being between Tokyo and Yokohama. It is also pretty close to the Haneda airport. However, the hotel is old and is needing some renovations even at their lower price point. The walls are paper thin, during my stay I had a guest blasting music. I had to ask the hotel to switch me rooms. Unfortunately they didn't have any rooms but smoking available for that night. I finally asked if they would just say something to the guest. The hotel was extremely reluctant to help me with the noise problem besides offering me a smoking room. There was also a fair amount of mold in the bathroom. I'm aware it's really difficult to combat mold problems in Japan, I just felt like the amount was pretty excessive. Overall I would only recommend this hotel for 1 night, 2 at the very most.

Business hotel in a good location.
This is my second time staying here due to its location. This hotel is in a prime spot for trips around Tokyo and into Yokohama. The rooms are quite small and a tad uncomfortable. For a short stay this hotel is perfect!

We checked in very early so we had a couple hours wait..no fault of hotel.I was very pleased when I first walked in to front desk ..well appointed.Wifi and computer corner.Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room impeccable but very very small.....hardly room to accommodate luggage.Love the robes sorry I did not get one.Did not try the food tho. Very well located ..close to major train station and all amenities. Laundry service available at hotel. A very pleasant experience!

I booked this hotel as it was close to the Haneda airport but unfortunately I missed last train from the airport due to the plane delay but the staff at the hotel welcomed me when I got there really late. the room was tiny but it was comfortable enough to make me sleep really well. the hotel is very close to the public transport so very convenient.
