"This hotel is amazing. We only stayed for one night, but it was so incredibly worth it. The location is amazing and so convenient. There’s a coffee shop and 2 restaurants on the bottom floor so it was easy access to food. There is a 24 hour convenience store available which made late night trips a little easier. I highly recommend!! The stay was great and would absolutely book here again. "

"The hotel is quite new and modern. Nice facilities with gym, pool, spa and even a convenience store! It’s common in Japan that they don’t let you check in until 3pm, but they do offer luggage storage for free. So at 3pm there was a line up for checking in. The staff are friendly. The room is clean, however I expect the mattress to be a bit better (it was a thinner spring mattress), but it didn’t affect my sleep. The hotel sent in clean towels for the next day which was quite nice. I also stayed in another APA location so I know it’s a trustworthy brand. "

"It was amazing. It’s very close to the Dotonbori area. I love how it’s a walking distance. The train is also nearby. It was a little challenge getting from the airport to the hotel. I would suggest not to bring a lot of baggage. "

"This was a newly built hotel. Good size rooms, everything was comfortable including beds. I would pick 2 twin bed rooms since they intent to be more on the larger end or better lay outs. Staff was pretty helpful, big hotel. Area was not great for us. But thats Osaka. We would definitely come back to this hotel but not sure about the area. It was a great stay for the price"

"Nearby to metro station and in the heart of many dining options. Hotel provided pajamas and slippers. Guests have access to the onsen which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Friendly staff. There is a 24 hour Lawson at the base of the hotel which was very convenient. "

"Exceptionally well located hotel within the Osaka Namba station. Easy access to high end shopping in the same building, as well as important train lines there. Non-stop train from Kansai airport as well. The rooms were relatively spacious. Easy walking distance to the famous Fish Market. Decent service from the front desk staff. Definitely would book again."
