People may be nice, but no experienced for running a 4 or 5 star hotel. Initislly, I was impressed with staff. Upon serving in my room the coffee maker was broken with the wire hanging. I told one of the representatives about it, as well as the fact that I never got my wake up call and the rep giving me a key without checking who I was. Instead of addressing the situation, I got a ton of excuses, including that I may have kissed the wake up calls and not hearing it.
