Hotel beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Location was central to most restaurants and to republic square. We would definitely stay here again. Very pleased!

Case#102150603 I mentioned multiple concerns in regards of my stay at Hotel National to stuff members and had zero reaction. I had to be the one to search and ask to see the manager because manager didn’t even had an urgency to speak to me after all my concerns were addressed. We had a discussion and she just excused herself no actions taken. Couple concerns examples was food and room location for my disable mother. As far as food, it happened in front of the manager and I showed it directly to her, when I grabbed slices of bacon it had mold on it and all she said sorry everything is fresh here let me grab a new plate for you. Also we had expired yogurts that my kids were about to eat. Please address that to the property and see what actions they will take. Thank you,

National hotel Yerevan
hotel is in Good location, The check in was friendly and service good, Room was nice with clean and modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with omelette station but seemed a little lacking on meat/(Ham Bacon,Salmon Etc) My only complaint is the windows are not soundproofed and the area has a lot of street traffic and even late at night the noise levels are significant....I was on 5th floor. Other than this it was a good Hotel

Staying here for the second time I found a very friendly and efficient staff, a nice environment and good service. Close to the downtown, it's easy to take a tour by walking. I recomend National Hotel to anyone

Not a place to stay
Do not beleive in their 5 stars nor to anything they advertise. The hotel does not have queen beds, and when you complain their answer is that “ it is hotels.com’s or expedia.com’s falt that it shows queen beds. I wonder why would hotels.com advertise and misslead clients ? the answer is simple! Hotel National Yerevan misslead everyone. I personally will never ever stay there in any circumstances. The construction noise will drive anyone crazy, but do they care?! of course not! Just an advice , look for better place!

Good location. Nice staffs. Got early check in. However few improvements required. There was very bad small in the bathroom. Probably from the sewerage system. Both bathroom ventilators had very loud noise. The jacuzzi was not working. Lobby very small. In general it looked more like 4 star hotel. The positive point was very nice and helpful staffs and good location.

Needs some improvements
People may be nice, but no experienced for running a 4 or 5 star hotel. Initislly, I was impressed with staff. Upon serving in my room the coffee maker was broken with the wire hanging. I told one of the representatives about it, as well as the fact that I never got my wake up call and the rep giving me a key without checking who I was. Instead of addressing the situation, I got a ton of excuses, including that I may have kissed the wake up calls and not hearing it.

Reserved double room with 2 queen beds and 1 extra bed. Got room with 2 full beds and one soviet era extra bed not worthy of a 5 star hotel. (pic attached) Hotel has no doorman. Front desk with 1 employee that can not solve anything if after 10pm. Breakfast is mediocre. Broken toaster for 8 days. Towels yellowish and old. Cleaning crew gets to clean room at arround 6pm if on lower floors. They argued they had too few employees. Pool area dirty. Used towels have seat on a chair for my entire stay (8 nights) along with half full a juice jar. Clearly lacks management and employee training. Employees are trying their best, but need instructions by experienced hotel operator.

The hotel is nice, above standard. The staff is not the greatest though. They are somewhat rude and not accommodating. The sofa bed is not a sofa sleeper. It's just a sofa that they put a sheet on with a pillow at night. It only sleeps one person. The extra bed they provide (for a fee) is terrible. It's drooping in the middle and the springs hurt your back. Not all rooms have a bath, just the suites. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and rooms are larger than normal hotel rooms. The Eastern King size bed is extremely comfortable.

Centrally located and very clean

Great location 3 minute walk to city center
Great staff..updated comfortable room. Arranged for box breakfast when we had early tour..staff prepared coffee with a smile..these guys go over and beyond for customers. Across the street are 2 great restaurants the first has a movie theme great food and prices..the second restaurant as u exit hotel to the left same experience a bit higher price..also for a late night snack Sharma Shop directly across the street a must try and cheap.

There are broken things inside the rooms Replace them The walls are too thin , kids next door. I couldn't sleep Some of the staff think they own the hotel Always keep manager in duty! The only thing about the hotel I liked was the restaurant and restaurant staff.
