The upper level features an open-plan layout with panoramic views and a huge 100m² balcony—perfect for entertaining or simply soaking up the scenery. Whether it’s a slow breakfast, a long lunch, or a sunset BBQ, the outdoor dining area, BBQ, and sun lounges set the scene for unforgettable moments.  
  
Inside, the light-filled living space flows seamlessly to the balcony and includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area, and a welcoming lounge—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.
