For the price, very clean/modern feel! Would definitely stay again. No major complaints - one thing is it was pretty confusing which buttons turned on which lights.

Okay hotel, pleasant staff. My big complaint was the room safe, had 1 code, "1234", printed on the safe, could not be changed. Seems like an inventation, why bother having a safe?

Comfortable bed and unique room setup. The bathroom did have a bathtub which I wasn't exactly expecting. Overall it was a great stay.

I truly enjoyed the room overall, and the breakfast was served on time everyday. They were kind and answered all my questions, helping me call a taxi to arrive to the airport on time. My only issue was that the room service foods that I would try to order would often be not available. Other than that, super happy with the hotel!^^

The location was very nice, not noisy at all. Near restaurants, shopping malls, convenience stores, and walking distance to the train station.

Guest room is clean. Decoration and inner design is in modern style. Bedding is very comfortable. Guests may have good sleeping. Location is very convenient. Subway station is less than 10 minutes by walking. Many restaurants nearby.

Great location and free Airport shuttle
Friendly hotel with great communication before we arrived and we were also able to check in early which was much appreciated after an overnight flight. We stayed two separate nights and had different rooms each time. The rooms were very comfortable with automatic flushing loos with heated seats and a myriad of confusing (to a westerner) washing settings, and a wooden bathtub in one room and a stand-alone bath with a view in the other! The staff were helpful in suggesting places to eat and there was certainly a huge choice in the locality. A very Korean location! We didn’t come across any other westerners- we stayed here for the location near Gimpo Airport and the free shuttle to the airport for an 8am flight. An excellent hotel choice!

It is a good business hotel and it is reasonably priced. Room structure is unique, but convenient and roomy. Bed is nice and towels are clean. The wall was a bit dirty, and the corridor smelled like cheap perfume though.

We really enjoyed the look and layout of the room. It was innovative and at the same time practical. The slate floors, sliding mirrored door separating bath area from sleeping area and beautiful big stone sink and sunken bath gave the room a rich feel. We liked the desk behind the bed idea too. You could finish work and forget about it since the work area was out of sight when you got in bed. We also really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. A note to travelers: you need to book the shuttle a day or so ahead of time. Would happily stay and the SR Seoul Magok again!

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. My only complaint is that the room was far too dimly lit.

It was ok. I stayed there for 2 weeks for business purpose so the only thing I missed there was a washing machine or at least a hotel laundry room with coin washing machine and a wardrobe.

The hotel is great for its price and if you have business in the proximity. Plenty of eateries and coffee shops in the area. I found it challenging to communicate because there is not a single English words everywhere except coffee shops, at least I could order my coffee. Could not even operate TV channel as I did not understand the navigation. The staff tried to be helpful.

Warm Hotel
I am always cold. I have stayed in many hotels and none were as warm as this one. The staff was wonderful, could speak English and were very helpful. When I go back to Korea definitely staying there again.

1/2 of available room space dedicated to bath tub. In winter, room temp only tolerable with heat turned down to 20 and window open Fridge holds 1.5 litre plus 600ml bottles, one each, and is full. Both Lucebridge and Intercity hotels within couple hundred meters, have better facilities anx 30% cheaper
