    Having a late night party with loud music at Christmas is what the festive season is all about. However having the party on a Wednesday evening it would of been useful to inform guests when they booked so they had a choice to stay or not so it wouldn't affect their following days business/work.

    I was very disappointed to find that Expedia had placed an extra £60 tariff on my room wish was being advertised at at £88 on arrival not the £148 I had to pay.

    As always great friendly staff. Food was good at dinner time and breakfast was first class although I think to expensive when not included. The Dartmoor diner is just up,the road and just as good for half the price. The paintwork,stairs orange carpet and the overall look of the finish in the bathroom is looking very tired. I was in a balcony room which was lovely,but it rained all night and the drip from the very blocked guttering was so annoying. Toilet seat was loose on one side and pinched. Such basic things like this should be checked. Great location.
