"What a wonderful location, 2 minute walk from the bus stop, and close to the forbidden city. Easy to find as well, just be careful as we put the wrong address in and walked to a different hotel. The hotel staff are nice, however the speak very very little english, they could not even tell us where a shop was. Room was spacious, comfy bed, places to put bags and clothes. "The best part of our experience was the excellent service. We always felt taken care of and the staff was kind and helpful at all times taking extra measures to ensure we were comfortable. In comparison to other hotels on our trip the service here was most thorough and caring. My birthday was also celebrated during my stay and staff prepared balloons flowers window art and cakes. Truly special. Thank you!"
